Paul Cormier passed away on November 1st, 2007 after a lengthy battle with cancer. If you talk to anyone who knew Paul, most people would say he was one of, if not the best friend they had. I am no exception.
Paul’s wife, Rosalind called on me to take some of their many photographs and put together a video for Paul’s Memorial Service which took place on Saturday, November 10th. The videos are moving, funny, sad, and encouraging all at once. It is clear from the pictures in these videos that Paul liked to live life to the full. Take a few minutes and enjoy the precious moments in Paul’s, and our lives.

I recently found LinkedIn and realized I could reach out and find many people via the internet that I had lost contact with over the years. On a lark I searched for ‘Paul Cormier’ and found this site. Thank you Eric for putting this together. I sobbed and laughed as I watched the videos. I am so thankfull that I was able to see his smile through the past years.
Paul and I met via Abbott in the mid ’80’s and stayed in contact until the mid ’90’s. As I sat at my computer tonight, my 14 year old walked in and asked what was up. I told him that I just learned that Paul Cormier had passed on. He said, ‘Oh the guy that……’ as I have obvioulsy shared some stories of Paul and his great humor, his big heart and the bright light he was in my life.
I am sorry I did not get to meet his beautiful wife and children. my prayers and blessings to you all.
