Smithism.com – All things Smith.  We are the Smith family.  A Smith family.  A plain simple American family. Boring?  Hardly.  Every day is filled with challenges from work, church, the quest for personal fitness, and the dynamic childhoods of our two sons.  If you don’t know us personally, you may glean a chuckle here and there, but this site is directed mainly towards our friends, family, and extended family.  We hope that through this site we can share a bit of ourselves with you and in turn span the distances between us all.

Family and Friends Policy

The Internet is an amazing thing.  It brings us closer to so much knowledge so much quicker than ever.  We can find answers to our astro-physics questions, affirmations of our political interests, or just the local weather on demand.  It also brings to us some things we’d be better left without.  Spammers, Phishers, and child predators.  And since this is a family site and children are a part of our family, I am requiring registration for items that share things about our precious children and their friends.  Many posts will still be public, but certain ones will only be available if you register and I grant you the permissions.

So, if you are a regular reader, please register, and if I don’t recognize your e-mail, I will contact you and then give you the permissions needed to see all of our family-related content.
